Privacy Policy

Effective May 11, 2026. We do the boring stuff so you can keep buying ads.

1. What we collect

Anonymous analytics. Page views, sessions, referrers, device, OS, browser, approximate location (city), and on-page interactions. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Account-level visitor identification. Apollo Website Visitors identifies the company behind a session for B2B sales context. No personal identification is performed before form submission.

Form submissions. When you submit our contact or audit form we collect name, email, company, role, monthly ad spend range, and your message. We use this to respond, qualify, and where applicable schedule a discovery call.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party analytics cookies (GA4) and a marketing pixel (Meta) for retargeting visitors who reach a service page. You can decline non-essential cookies via our cookie consent banner.

Essential cookies (login, security, fraud prevention, basic site preferences) are not optional and do not require consent.

3. Third-party processors

Google (GA4, GTM, Google Ads), Meta (Pixel for retargeting), Apollo.io (visitor identification), Webflow (hosting), Instantly.ai (cold-email program operations), Calendly (meeting scheduling), and OpenAI / Anthropic (the AI tools we use internally for client work). Each processor has its own privacy policy and DPA.

4. Data retention

Form submissions are retained for the life of the client relationship plus seven years to satisfy tax and contractual obligations. Analytics are retained per GA4 default retention (14 months).
