Terms of Service

Effective May 11, 2026. The rules of the road for working with us.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using judimedia.co or engaging Judi Media for services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. Services

Judi Media provides paid media management, creator partnerships, landing page design, conversion rate optimization, marketing consulting, and adjacent services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Payment terms

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project fees follow the schedule defined in the SOW. Late payment beyond 15 days incurs a 1.5% monthly service charge. Ad spend is paid directly by client to ad platforms unless the SOW specifies a managed-spend arrangement.

4. Client responsibilities

Client provides ad platform access, brand assets, product information, and timely review of deliverables. Judi Media is not responsible for performance impact caused by delayed client approvals or platform-side outages.

5. Performance disclaimer

Marketing results vary by vertical, offer, creative, budget, and market conditions. Past performance with other clients is not a guarantee. Specific KPI guarantees, when offered, are documented in the SOW.

6. Intellectual property

Client retains ownership of brand assets and content they provide. Judi Media retains ownership of templates, frameworks, internal SOPs, and AI tools used to deliver work. Final deliverables (ad creative, landing pages, copy) transfer to client upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public information confidential during and after the engagement. Standard NDAs apply.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees through the notice period are due on termination. Client retains access to ad accounts, landing pages, and creative produced through the termination date.

9. Limitation of liability

Total liability under any engagement is capped at fees paid in the prior six months. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with notice posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
