The approach
We structured media the way inventory actually sells, with dedicated sedan, truck and crossover campaigns instead of one blended budget. Truck campaigns layered in business-owner targeting, and incentive offers ran against high-propensity local audiences. Every dollar bought engagement, not just exposure, across display, online video, CTV and OTT, streaming audio, native and retargeting.
The results
Over a documented 24-month engagement, every acquisition cost moved down while lead volume more than doubled. Monthly leads rose 2.4x, from 500 to 1,200. Cost per lead fell 43%, from $124.35 to $71.27. Cost per website user dropped 59% and cost per session dropped 62%.
