• We act as an intermediary between the brand and the creator.
• All contracts, usage rights, and deliverables must be honored by both parties.
• We are not responsible for creator delays, performance issues, or platform changes.

Judi Media is not liable for any:
• Lost revenue
• Platform account issues
• Creator performance
• Advertising results
• Third-party errors
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for services.
